Food and loosing wtYesterday I had the ultra lean pocket, a deer sloppy joe, part of an orange, two fat free hotdogs on one whole wheat bun w/ fat free cheese, and a bowl of cereal 'slender' for my evening snack.
today I had the last of the sloppy joe for lunch (on the whole wheat no sugar bun), a bowl of slender cereal and some smart pop popcorn. I'm sure I'll have some more cereal as my evening snack. No alcohol for a while to save on calories. Damn. Well, til friday anyway :)
2 work outs this week so far, have planned to work out thur and friday.
My hips were hurting and sore from the bouncing up and down on the elipitical machine - not from the muscles but from the fat shaking for 45 minutes.
I have to loose some wt, seriously, all this crap has to pay off somehow!
I remember when I was in my early twenties and I used to brag that I didn't weigh enough to donate blood. I would like to go back in time and smack the living shit out of that little obnoxious punk.
