Health Fair
I went to a 'health fair' today and got lots of free stuff including a bone density test. The guy asked me if I drank a lot of milk and I said 'why, yes I do', and I tested off the charts, he had to put me above their chart, my bones are like so wicked strong!!! My heart rate and o2 levels were excellent also! I just can't believe I am that healthy!I just can't believe that no one thought anything about my one hit wonders post, that really sucks, I put a lot of time into that and felt really great about it. Doesn't anyone else appreciate one hit wonders?
