Ouch!
When I was putting the sheets on the bed, I leaned a certain way and ouch my back again and now I have irritated my sciatic however you spell it nerve and have a nice spasm on my right butt cheek. Thank God for Zanaflex and heating pads! And I'm all bloated like a big frog! I am miserable whiney butt tonight!
