Well, I just got home.I 'ran away' this weekend - went to my friend joanne's to camp on the water w/ she and her family, this weekend. I just needed to get away and get out of the house and have some recreational time and it was just what the dr ordered, I am feeling very happy and rejuvinated.
I know my family is not trying to smother me and I sure can understand them wanting to keep a close eye on me, but I was getting a little freaked out by all the protectedness.
Of course, Cathy had baby Evan. I called her while camping, and then Kalie started playing w/ my cell phone and called her again this morning at 8:30, bless Cathy's heart for not getting mad.
You can look at kalie's picture and know she is a mess. I enjoyed the time w/ my girls though, I don't get to see Jo and her family as often as I would like to.
I'm going to make some food to take to cathy tomorrow and also make some white bean salsa and cole slaw to take for a cook out at mom's tomorrow.
I promise I will catch up on reading blogs in the next few days, I have been reading some, b/c I have to know what is going on w/ everyone, but not taking the time to comment, but will soon!
