Thursday
Well, the episode of Lost last night was much better than the last one. I was sure that Locke had been hit by a bullet from Shannon's gun. But it was just a fly by on his melon.It was interesting to find out more about Sayid and his background. Apparently trying to right a wrong in a small way is what changed his flight to be on the plane that crashed.
Now, what I don't get is why Shannon got so damn angry. She was way too dramatic and fake at the same time. She had always been a shit to her brother, why now did she suddenly want vengence for the man she thought killed him? So, now she won't talk to syaid b/c he stopped her from killing a man who didn't kill her brother? I just dont' like her.
And what about Claire, she lost all that baby weight in a matter of days. Remarkable. Her newborn is quite large as well. I loved how the scoundral was the only one who could comfort the child and had to do the sweet thing and read to him, little turnip head, as charlie called the baby.
This saturday I will be helping with :
May 1st thru the 7th is Children's Mental Health Week. This Saturday, May 7th from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the Kids Cove area of the Knoxville Zoo there will be an event to celebrate Children's Mental Health. There will be exhibits from local agencies with representatives available to answer questions and information you can take home. There will be on-stage entertainment (including a juggler) as well as local area costume characters. While supplies last there will be free popcorn.
Then on Sunday, I will host Mother's day brunch at my house, with lots of good food and maybe some mimosa's and bloody mary's.
Bushism for the day: "But if you've been laid off work, you're 100 percent unemployed, and I worry about that".
